The local chapter of The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) will begin a series of 12 weekly classes, free of charge, beginning Tuesday, March 2nd. The classes are structured to help families, friends, and caregivers better understand and support individuals with serious mental illness while maintaining their own well-being.
